Mi experiencia mala página fraudulenta, copia china , producto falso , ha saber el contenido ni procedencia no tomarla , me reembolso el dinero porque pagué con PayPal si no pierdo el dinero

I purchased this product strictly because of the great reviews, thinking and hoping I can have the same experience! This company is rude and dismissive to concerns: I order this product and never received it, I have several emails telling them that it hasn’t arrived even though they’re saying it did! I had subscription set up and unfortunately I had to unsubscribe due to agent not being understanding to what I told her. The product never arrived, they didn’t care and told me there will no no refund or they won’t resend out the product.. They should teach their drivers to take a picture upon delivery; we have cameras, the package never arrived! I really wanted to try this product but I will go else where, with better service and understanding!

I had a bad experience buying on this page since I decided to buy 3 bottles of Nicotinamide Riboside and I have only received 2 bottles. I have contacted the support of this supposedly official page and I get the impression that they are not a serious company that can be ignored by the fact of only sending 2 bottles when the order is for 3. Also, when making the purchase, it asked me to register on the page, so I created a username and password, and the next day it said that my username did not exist, which seemed strange to me, however, I waited for my purchase to arrive and to my surprise, I only had two bottles instead of 3. I requested the shipment of my other bottle. I hope they respond for this huge error.

Hello I’m writing this review after I have attempted several times to contact you about my order. I reached out by email twice it’s my order # inquiring about my order and when is shipping out. I received original email when purchased two bottles thanking for purchase in 3/5/25 and stated will email when shipped along with tracking. Today is 3/20/25 and I have nothing and no response to my emails. I tried calling number on this website and other numbers on google unsuccessful. I’m concerned bc I’m seeing everything on TikTok stating now you have rebranded and changed name to Catakor . Either way I think I should be notified or updated about order I have already purchased. This is very weird bc I like product and have ordered 2 bottles before and nothing like this . Now I have been without going on 3 weeks and but sure when order will get to me. Can someone please reach out to me for some kind of update.

After reading up on scams of this product, I did research on websites each state "Sponsored" reuserarcho, reusresearches and reusresearchs domain names, each claiming official stie.The QR code on the top of my bottles purchased around xmas Reus Reseach NAD + Nicotinamide Riboside + Resveratrol 900mg now takes me to a link https://catakor.com/pages/lifetime-warranty. These two bottles are the same consistency, same color of pills same amount of product within them and I have noticed a change in my hair, skin and especially my nails over 2.5 months. If indeed the company has rebranded they aren't doing a great job on promoting the change and relying on tiktok product promoters to do it for them. I will NOT be ordering from any of the above domain names and Im going to order from the CataKor from the QR code to compare pill structure and ingredients. I'll post again once received

El sitio presuntamente es original pero al ver el envío proviene de los países bajos lo cual me hace sospechar que es un producto fraudulento y ver las ultimas opiniones me genera más desconfianza

I ordered this from this site; the code on top when scanned leads to a completely fraud site. Feels suspicious.
